Justin Park knows his way around a commercial kitchen … holding the title of Executive Chef at Peter doyle @ the Quay for 9 years can attest to that. His culinary journey started offshore 20 years ago where his curiosity for fine ingredients progressed into a passion for marrying them together to develop exciting new dishes. This, together with his love for family. Dining inspired him to act upon his dream of opening his own cafe. And his first baby, The Big Treehouse was born. With raving reviews, and stacks of publicity It quickly shot to stardom, however due to personal reasons Justin handed this over to new management in 2015 and is still a successfully operated business.
And in 2016 The Dining & Co. Justin’s latest venture was establish in June 2016 with the second location opening in Castle Hill in November 2017.
Justin is hands on in both locations for both day and night time trade. He works closely with his carefully hand picked team to ensure quality and consistency standards are met every time, and that each dish is made with a sprinkle of love. 💕
